• Adults: $175.00 /per person
  (We reserve the right to place you in with other passengers.)
• Children: $125 / per child
  (child must be under 90 lbs & 6 to 12years old.)
• Private Flights: $500.00/Couple
  (The two of you & the pilot are the only people in the basket.)
• Group Rates: By Quote
  (We typically don't fly balloons any larger than will hold 4 passengers, however if you have a large group we will fly multiple balloons to accommodate your group size.)
• We'll Come To You: By Quote
  (We will be glad to travel to where you live, within reason, and fly you and your group over your town. There will be a fuel surcharge added to our normal rates. Call for details.)

Note: Local hotel pick up is available for a nominal fee.
Florida sales tax is not included in pricing.

 

 

Reservations:
Reservations are required and we recommend at least a weeks notice to book your hot air balloon flight, (please remember the weekends fill up first).

Balloons & Beyond accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash or Checks.

 

After your reservation is confirmed, please remember the following tips:

• Call the night before your scheduled flight to confirm that the flight is still a 'go".
• Even though we are in 'sunny" Florida, be sure to bring a jacket for the early morning's cooler air.
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty or damp. (Since we're in the hands of Mother Nature, we're never sure where we're going to land. Jeans and tennis shoes or rugged boots are recommended.)
• If you or anyone in your party has any type of handicaps or physical limitations, please be sure to notify us in advance so we can make any special arrangements that may be necessary for the passenger.
• Since weight is an extremely important factor in flying a hot air balloon, we may at any given time, require that you give us your weight.
• No alcohol is permitted in flight, nor do we allow intoxicated passengers to fly at any time.
• No smoking is allowed in or near the hot air balloon at anytime.
• Bring you camera and lots of film! You'll want to get lots of pictures during your adventure.
• Please note that Balloons & Beyond is not responsible for any of your personal belongings at any time during your adventure.
• RELAX and ENJOY your flight.
   

After the Flight:

• We talk about ballooning, give you a little history about how ballooning started and tell you why we drink champagne after each flight. it is a traditional that dates back to the 1700's.
• We top it off with a toast to the Balloonist Prayer.

Gift Certificates:

• Gift Certificates are available for that special someone that has everything. They  are good for 1 year from date of purchase, fully transferable, have no cash value and non-refundable. Gift certificates are good for one passenger only unless otherwise noted. Please let us know you have a certificate upon scheduling your flight and they must be presented at the time of flight. Gift Certificate holders fall under the same cancellation policies of Balloons & Beyond .

 

Cancellation Policy:

• All reservations require a credit card to hold your flight date.  No charges will be made until after the flight! (We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express)
• If you need to cancel please give us a 48 hour notice and there will be No Charge.
• Should you cancel from 24-48 hours out, you will charged $50/person.
• A cancellation by you that is Less than 24 hours in advance of your flight will result in your credit card being Charged the Full Amount of your flight.
• We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we can only carry limited number of passengers at a time, and by making your reservation, you have prevented us from making more reservations to fill the balloon.
• Should your flight be weathered out by Mother Nature, or due to forces beyond our control, there is no charge to you.
